Taqueria El Camino comes from an appreciation of
art, culture, & creativity.
Taqueria El Camino is a modern “Cal-Mex” Taqueria. Taqueria translates to “a restaurant that specializes in tacos.” Taqueria El Camino (TEC) was founded in early 2020 By Chef Ethan Greer and was inspired by street food in Mexico City and Miami’s art culture. In 2024, Chef Ethan decided to sell the restaurant, but he wanted someone that he could trust to continue the excellent food and culture of Taqueria El Camino. Chef Wendy Stone, a native of Guatemala, purchased the restaurant in September and has expanded the TEC footprint to Red Lion at the Franklin Street Social. Wendy has been working with TEC since the early days of 2020. A hard worker and budding entrepreneur, Wendy brings her Guatemalan roots and love for food to TEC and hopes to continue its expansion in the future.
This chef-driven, fast-casual brand has been serving our community a simple and fresh-focused menu. By keeping the options limited, we can source high-quality ingredients for our perfected menu.
